Ret didn't get nerfed badly, the belt got nerfed. I'd much rather they nerf the belt than nerf the entire spec. ES isn't viable in most situations, so I'm really not caring that it got nerfed.

Only in single-target situations, which don't occur often enough to justify taking a sub-par talent for any fight that calls for cleave or actually wasting the time or gold to respec on a fight-by-fight basis. ES is much like Holy Wrath, it is far too situational to actually provide much practical use.

with roughly 4 procs (rounded down) a minutes for 5 sec cooldown reduce you shave of 20 seconds per minute on a 2 minute cooldown you should end up with roughly 1:30 as an average cooldown for wings.

TLDR; 30 sec

that leaves us with at the very least 38%-39% crusade uptime with BiS-relics and favorable conditions.

Meaning at least 9% increase to the initial value of the belt... and even ring for that matter.
