WQ rewards tracker ?

is there an addon that only tracks WQ rewards in a separate tab or in the world map . i did some search and came out empty
any help ? just wanna track ap WQ to see if it is worth the time or just go grind MAW DHT or COS im close to the 50 trait and wanna get as high as i can before NH opens

dont want any fancy WQ icons just info somewhere i can see it
