Spontaneous Appendages HOTFIX?

So I know they tweeted about 4 days ago that they'll fix it,
I was wondering if anything happened already since top shamans are still using it (Nighthold Logs) altough it's completely utter bullshit right now
compared to my Memento + Socket 865 ( 15k Increase compared to SA in over 30 2minute, 30 3 minute, 30 4 minute runs ) on the puppy.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's up with those top players. I simmed my character and did a few trials at the dummy, and as far as I can tell appendages sucks now. Wordup even has the wowhead guide still talking about appendages being one of our best trinkets going into nighthold. I'm not really sure what's up with that

im just using a terrorbound nexus i had in my bags. same mastery, but constantly procs a 200k aoe. its all i had besides my SA and is working out better for me
