very rarely, though i browse reddit/r/all a lot and every 10th link there seems to be porn and i just click one every link usually without really reading. very rare i want to watch porn though.

i made an effort to cut down, when i was early 20s i watched a lot, and after a while i noticed that nothing was really doing it for me anymore and i was watching weirder and weirder porn since normal stuff was just boring to me, since then i barely watch anything and i feel better about it.

at the time i stopped watching, i did not have a SO and i did just go off the thoughts in my head. now i have a long distance so, when shes not here i just use the thoughts again, when shes here i dont need to.

Not very often (maybe once every few months or so). I find most pretty cringeworthy, just because of how fake it is. I also think porn puts unreal expectations in people's head, and many people viciously defend the content, to the point where I think it's more addictive than people think or want to admit to. I've read quite a few studies on how it can negatively affect young boys/men, which is always met with harsh criticism, which I believe is due to people not wanting to openly admit that it might be bad.

I'm not looking to get some movement going, I just like to be aware of both the positive and negative aspect of such things. Personally, I will only watch amateur porn and more loving-type ones.

I think a lot of men just watch it out of boredom and end up getting into a routine around it

The gf says she doesn't mind if I watch it but I think she does mind she just doesn't want to say it so I avoid it. Porn is relative anyway, if you stop looking at naked images and videos, real life women will start firing up your motor. Personally it actually is for me i think. I consume little porn mabye like once per two week or less depending. Ill usually need a picture of sort at least or well my wife lol. Jerking it with imagination usually takes way too long and doesent even feel good until the physical release. But thats just me.

Is it not one of the significant difference between men and women sexuality to being with. Women can be on in her head, but off in her body and vice versa. Men its kinda just both at once or not at all.

The best I could say to this is that it isn't unhealthy to watch porn...to a point. Much like alcohol (which could also be considered a vice, and certain types like wine have some positive effects if taken in certain quantities), it's all about quantity of consumption. If you're watching porn to the point of potentially destroying a relationship, it might be a problem. No one has ever wanked themselves to death, though. That I'm aware of. Stay hydrated, kids.

It's healthy to wank to a certain point, it's MENTALLY unhealthy to wank to other points. There is a balance, like with most things in life. That said, the polar opposite argument (get rid of porn all together) is wholly unreasonable and doesn't really help, either. People should technically be adults and in that regard, technically should be able to control themselves. But, there are always exceptions. That's why we have therapists.

Rarely. I have no issue with pornography but don't often have a need/desire to watch. I am more likely to look at "pornographic" imagery; photos, memes, et cetera. Which can by turns be entertaining for comedic effect or simply being sexually pleasing.

I can get the D virtually anytime I want it- porno videos, meh. Most pornography is kinda boring anyway.
