Nighthold Tier BiS

Has anyone made a BiS compilation for which tier pieces are best for each class/spec? As in "X class should get the shoulders and cloak first as those have the best stats for them, then gloves and pants, avoid chest and helm" or something along those lines. Cant seem to find one posted anywhere. Thanks!

The partial problem is that people having specific legendaries will skew which items they want. If you're looking for a list for your raid team, it'd be best to ask your raid team.

Why do you need someone to make a list for you? Just look at the stats on the set and look at which combination have the best stats while taking legendaries into consideration.
