What can Method offer you?
Raiding:*We give you the opportunity to be the first to witness, participate in and down new raid bosses as they are released. We provide equal opportunities for both old and new players, if you prove yourself to be better than an already existing member of your respective role/class.
Community:*Method as a community has been growing these last couple of years and started branching out to other games and/or aspects of World of Warcraft itself.
As the guild itself we offer stability and people with the same mindset as yourself - raiding hardcore and down bosses faster than any other guild.
Outside of raiding there are always members playing other games during downtime - we have a couple of people playing LoL, CS:GO and other games. Needless to say you will always find people to join your games at Method.
Requirements:
Commitment:*All applicants should have a good attitude towards raiding. You will be required to dedicate yourself to min/maxing not only your main character, but also maintain and prepare multiple (5+) alts. Applicants must also have the time and drive to raid the amount needed for achieving World First.
Criticism:*You should be able to handle constuctive criticism if/when it's directed your way.
Attendance:*During progress raids our schedule is really demanding: we raid 12-15 h/day and it's really important you understand this before even thinking about applying or poaching an officer in-game in order for us not to waste yours/ours time.
Farm raids:*Once down to a 1 day farm we raid Wednesdays at 19:30 CET. Immediately after progress we raid more than the 1 day a week if it is required to clear.
Communication:*World of Warcraft is a team game and communication is the utterly most important thing when raiding. Therefore you will be required to install CURSE/TS and have a working headset and microphone and also be able to understand English.

Our Philosophy
Midwinter is a hardcore raiding guild that has been around for nearly 9 years. Our specific goals as a guild may vary from tier to tier, but underneath it all is a desire to slay raid bosses quickly and have fun doing it. We have strived to maintain a positive raid atmosphere since the very beginning, and attribute a lot of our success and longevity to the community we have fostered. We are all dedicated to being the best we can be, and while we clearly take the game very seriously, we know that WoW is about having fun above all else.
Progression Schedule
During farm, we raid from Sunday to Thursday, 10PM to 2AM EST, but very rarely spend more than 2 days clearing. The rest of this time is typically filled with optional alt raids and sales.
The Nighthold
First mythic week: we plan to raid around 8 hours per day (6pm - 2am EST, breaks included). The first Tuesday will be "HAM Tuesday", where we raid from Mythic opening to 2am. The expectation is that raiders are well-rested and able to perform consistently.
Second mythic week: we will still raid every day, continuing to raid around 8 hours per day.
Third week and beyond: we plan to return to our farm hours.
Alt Policy
Every raider is required to have 3 alts raid-ready for the release of The Nighthold.

The only reason you won't be able to get into a top guild when you are younger than 18 is because of the time requirement clashing with being in high school. In a lot of cases it will have nothing to do with maturity if you are good at the game
