Surge of Toxins Qestion

Good day fellas,

I have a question regarding Surge ot Toxins, the tooltip in the artifact weapon says it increases Poison damage by a flat amount of 10 percent.

But the debuff on my target is changing depending on how many Combopoints I spent. Seems like I get 2% for each CP - haven't tried yet with Deeper Strategem tbh.

any comments about this?

The tooltip is is wrong, it is indeed 2% per CP

well thanks for the quick reply. is it better to keep the debuff up all time no matter how many CP used or is it better to keep up 5/6 CPoints-SoTs as much as possible?

and I am running MP/AP
