Can this PC run WoW Legion on ultra ???

Hey there people.Can this pc run WoW Legion on ultra 60+ fps? And how much can i expect in raids,bgs,crowded cities and open world? Any better components for similar price?

It ought to work. It wont run Ultra 60 in raids, but it'll run decently. I guess the question is, how much are you getting it for

Also keep in mind since WoW is an mmo, you wont have perfect 60 fps at all times (like major cities,raids..ect)

Well,i hope it wont go below 30 fps in crowded places and raids.Ive seen 60+ fps in dalaran and raids on gtx 750ti and i5 4440 on a benchmark.Its 570 euros

Does RAM really improves fps and overall performance in WoW?.And i thought 8 is fine for most of the games today.

Its shity in my country.For example gtx 960 is almost half of the price,gtx 1080 is 900 euros etc.Im curious what can u get for that money

No it's not, that's typical EU prices. Greece for example has got 24% VAT and in addition, the price of gasoline is the most expensive in the EU, nearly 2 euros per litre in certain areas due to absurdly high taxation on gasoline. All those taxes tend to make goods very expensive.
