Mouse Button Binds [HELP]

I used to have my tiger palm bound to both left and right mouse scroll, so I could just pull it back and forth to punch, but on my new computer, the bind isn't recognized, as well as the mouse buttons left and right scroll. Any idea how I could remedy?

Mouse is g9x logitech. I'll add a picture of the program interface.

MWLeft and MWRight aren't recognized as keybinds in WoW. Rebind them as keystrokes (i.e. numpad keys) in the mouse interface (click > edit > keystroke), then you can bind them in WoW
