Convergence of Fates?

The sims from the arms compendium place CoF at a pretty modest ranking for DPS. Right now I don't completely trust that SC is simming the trinket properly so can anyone who actually has it comment to how many procs per min you generally get with it?

Problem here is that if you think about it Anger Management makes this trinket a bit less worth to take over others due to it already lowering the cooldown on Battle Cry for every 10 rage spent.
So if CoF procs 2 times per minute and Battle Cry is on a rouhgly 30 second cooldown with Anger Management(I say roughly) it only reduce it to a 25 second cd ability instead, I just dont see the worth in taking this trinket for arms considering the other talents simply doesnt match Anger Management right now in terms of output.
The legendary trinket and DoS from Gul'Dan is extremely strong when used properly.
