Okay that's fine for you to think that. Ultimately Shia wanted the troll gone and he accomplished his goal. Both got what they wanted and the world's still turning.
If you've watched the stream over the past couple of days Shia doesn't just scream in everyone's face who's a Trump supporter. He got in another dude's face that was taller and larger than him but it was such a quick exchange that nothing came of it. Then yesterday a big guy with a MAGA hat came and Shia was having a discussion with him with a normal speaking voice since the guy wasn't there just screaming about memes and jews and whatever else 4chan is telling the trolls to say.
You have to admit, Lebeouf screams way better than the other guy.
Well, I think we have a winner for the silliest and incorrect statement of the day.
"Self-defense is defined as the right to prevent suffering force or violence through the use of a sufficient level of counteracting force or violence."

I saw no "shoving", just Shia getting in his face.
You may want to take some of your own advice from past threads;
For someone who's been so condemning of safe spaces in the past, it's pretty telling that you're this upset that this guy didn't get one, here.
I've pretty much never supported the concept of "safe spaces", outside of a room people can retreat to for some peace and quiet on some university campuses. There's no "inconsistency", there's you folks upset that I'm not your ridiculous manufactured straw man.
I'm a firm supporter of free speech. Leboeuf was being rude, here, but I don't see it as being criminal in any way, and it's certainly not something unexpected when someone tries to counter-protest pretty much anywhere. If you can't handle speech in response to your own speech, you've got the right to keep your mouth shut.
You are by far the most dishonest person here.
You had to dig up post from really far back and take them out of context. You know very well that the safe spaces I was talking about is a place to hide from idea that oppose yours. There was shoving no matter what you say.
Saying someone should be held accountable for PHYSICAL SHOVING SOMEONE isn't the same as asking for a place to hide from your point of view. Go somewhere else and lie about other people. No one likes dishonest people.
Watched this without sound. Shia la'whatever is acting like a psychopath. I think if I was ever in that position, I would of instinctively head butted his mouth.
I don't see a single point in that video where Shia lays hands son the guy. Not once. Just watched it again to double-check.
And I really don't see how I took anything "out of context". You're literally complaining here that the counter-protestor didn't get a safe space to counter-protest. And in the past, you've been heavily critical of "safe spaces". That's hypocrisy. I only removed the surrounding context because I didn't want to derail this thread with the topics of those threads, just highlight your past position on "safe spaces".

You didn't read very far...
"A duty to retreat generally means that you can't resort to deadly force in self-defense if you can safely avoid the risk of harm or death (by running away, for example)"
HANDS! Shoving doesn't always involve hands. You can use your body or objects to shove someone.
Again, stop being dishonest.
Thread confirms trolls need safe spaces... It may surprise people but generally if you behave like a cunt in public you get treated like a cunt in public
