Do You Believe in God?

This is a palms open - no need to argue question, but I'm curious:

1) Do you believe in God?

2) If no or not sure, was there ever a time you did believe in God?

3) If you did believe in God at one time, but you no longer have that belief - Can you recall the moment and circumstances that changed your mind about your belief in God?
