I am here to ask a little help to improve my overall performance . (I want improve, in order to help my guild )

I stay normally on blue/green parses on warcraftlogs (in progress... after some time i can make some purples )

Where can i improve? practice more the rotation? change some gear? some advices

So from gear you might wonna change relics on weapon to +5% vampiric touch, overall you have more dmg from it then mindblast.

I looked at your Krosus log, you had 65% in void form, i saw many parses with 70% in it, try to up it a bit.

Also i think you need 4set bonus and void bolt spam to get higher but that is just a guess.
