I have two main problems with this kind of money being sent to places like the Palestineans(even though I generally support them against the Israeli gov't):

1. Much if not most of the money that we send to a lot of these countries just gets completely wasted or goes unaccounted for. So much of the money sent to help rebuild Iraq also was stolen by the people who were supposed to use it to help those people.
2. How do we have money to send there but can't afford to do things like fix the pipes in Flint, MI? Our own people should come first. Obama should have made sure those pipes were replaced years ago if he cared at all for those people.

Compulsory government driven foreign aid is a dumb concept.

Foreign aid should be an opt in choice for rich Americans - treated the same as charity.
