Basic Kingsbane Question

When casting Kingsbane, should I be trying to squeeze as many finishers into the duration?

"Each time you apply a lethal poison to a target, damage increases by 15%"...therefore, Envenom (unless bleeds need refreshed)?

You just need to maintain Envenom uptime during Kingsbane. Try to refresh your bleeds before you Kingsbane so you dont have to waste a finisher.

I generally pool energy with 3 or 4 combo points before using Kingsbane. Generally that allows me to maintain Envenom uptime with 4/5 combo points for each finisher. However, if I'm about to drop off and don't have >= 4 combo points, is it a dps loss to envenom with < 4 combo points?
