If you got one balance change into the game

Make D.va able to boost and shoot.

I haven't actually made a suggestion for a balance change yet so I thought about it a little and I think I'd just nerf earthshatter.

Make more geometry (Payload) stop it, reduce or remove the amount of active frames it has, reduce the vertical hitbox, and slightly reduce the range.

It's obscenely overpowered and the only consistent counterplay against it is ..another Rein barrier.
