<mkdir BossCollection> is currently recruiting! We're looking for dedicated, mature players with an intent to progress. While we take raiding seriously, we strive for a positive and productive atmosphere in-raid within our two teams.


TL;DR Mythic team (3/7M, 2/3H) is recruiting R DPS, raid times 6:45–9:45PM Eastern Tues/Weds/Thurs
Two Night Team (7/7H, 3/3N) is recruiting a tank and R. DPS, raid times 6:45–9:45PM Weds/Thurs


Guild Goals and Atmosphere
The goal for this guild is progression, but in a friendly environment where learning is encouraged. This means making mistakes is fine as long as you are getting better. However, we aren't here to carry you. So we do expect a certain level of finesse. You just won't get berated for messing up.


History
Guild formed in WoD with a core group of RL friends. We were able to get AOTC in all raids and finished WoD at 11/13M HFC. The officer team is a diverse group of experienced players. At the end of WoD we decided to run two teams, the more hardcore Mythic pushing 3 night team, and the less hardcore 2 night team (7/7H 3/3N).


Schedule:
Mythic team raid: 6:45-9:45pm server (Eastern) Tues/Wed/Thurs.
Two night team: Wed/Thurs at the same times.


We also have several high-playtime members so there will be plenty of extra (optional) random alt heroic runs, trash farming, mount runs, and like opportunities in-between. Such as Monday alt nights, Sunday Mythic+ runs, etc.

Current Recruitment:
We are searching for WArlocks and Mages, as well as any exceptional players for our mythic team, and a Tank and R.DPS (preferably SPriest, Mage, Boomkin, Lock) for our two night team.


We recruit players who can maintain:
A computer capable of high FPS
A stable, fast internet connection
Near 100% attendance
Above average raid awareness
A good attitude and team-first mentality
Acceptance of constructive criticism should it be given
The ability to quickly learn from mistakes and improve with each attempt
A thorough and up-to-date knowledge of their class and all raid mechanics pre-raid
A relatively competitive gear level.
