LF a more Fluid enemy plate

heya, i have experimented something not really cool this week with my spriest, im used to the class really well and i have absolutely np of dps, but sadly on mythic Skorpyron i had a really hard time to see plate correctly with the default blizz plate one, i was losing global CD and such lot on the fight mythic where it downed my dps of 75-80k overall, i will like know what plate add on you use and may be tell me what kind of configuration you did to the add on?

p.s i got lot of suggestion possible but will like know what are u using, i also know that people using elvui seem have cool plate but i dont wanna install the whole interface sadly... thx for the help!!!

kui or tidy plates will do much better, buuuutttt they can still stack above your screen unless you do some camera work with dynamic cam

You can use WoW CVars to set positioning of your nameplates. Some of them are horizontal or vetical space between bars, stacking on top of the screen or the distance they show up. I can send my own settings later.

Can you elaborate what you meant about working with the dynamic camera?

I nominate this to the best post of this forum for all of Legion. God, the times I've been pissed about the lousy nameplate stacking option..

What you could try is installing ElvUi once, run the setup that starts when you first play with it on a toon. It will setup the CVars, particularly the ones that will control the nameplates stacking / positioning for you.

Once the setup is over, get rid of elvui, use whatever nameplates addon you're used to, and they will behave like elvui's.

If you use tidyplates there is a setting to ignore inactive units which helps a ton on the scorpion boss in EH.
