Equipment Manager Addon Suggestions?

I cannot stand WoW's default equipment manager. Anyone have any suggestions on addons to replace this thing?

For reference, 7.2 will add assigning an equipment manager set to a spec.
Change spec, change gear automatically.

I am not using equipment management replacements at the moment, so can't comment more.

Except to say that your request is very vague.

What do you like or not like about the default.
What functionality is missing or would you like improved.

I use a macro.
It equeps the set and then changes spec.
Just have the weapon slots on ignored seeing those auto equip themselfs.
