[Suggestion] Term Limits for Mods.

I, as a great member of this online community, stand before the altar and plead my case for implementing term limits for Moderators.

This would solve a great deal of current problems and would also allow fairness and diversity in the Moderating staff.

I propose a one-year term limit for any Moderator in the OFF-Topic Forums, and a three year term limit for the rest of the forums.

If there are no requests from the community to be a moderator in the various forums after their term is done, than the current moderator will continue their term for another term.
