XCT + Combat Text help

Anyone else use this? I like the look and setup of it but my problem is that it doesn't always show my attacks when it's supposed to. For example I hit Rockbiter 3-4 times and it only displays it once or twice, and it's not merging the damage. The other thing is that there seems to be a lag between when I hit my ability and when it displays the damage. Not sure if it's user error or the thing is just slow/buggy. Anyone familiar with it?

Also, there's something wrong with both Miks and ScrollingCombatText for me. When I try to set both of them up I get an error like: "SCT: Error Loading SCT Options. It may be disabled. Error: DISABLED"
It happens for both addons but not with XCT. Not sure what's happening.

EDIT: I just found SCT Options in the addon menu under ScrollingCombatText. But I didn't think there was that option for Miks unless I missed it somehow.
