Forgotten Guardians is a guild floating somewhere between Semi-HC and casual. We strive to get some decent progression while also keeping a good atmosphere. Our focus is on Mythic raiding, so we stop clearing HC after we have gathered most gear that we need.
We were a 10 man raiding guild in MoP and were successful in WoD with incorporating this core 10man team with newer players.
We are currently looking for one, maybe two, stable raiders with decent attendance (85%ish) to complete our roster.
Schedule
We raid 3 times a week: Wednesday, Sunday and Tuesday (19.20-22.30 Server Time)
Minimum Requirements For applicants:
We require at the very least clear investment in gear, AP, Mythic+ farm.
We prefer someone with end-game raiding from previous expansions, and for the people to have experience in current content.

MeleeDPS; Very low priority
Healers; Very low priority RangedDPS; Preferably; Mage, Lock, Spriest, Hunter, Shaman (ele)
Tanks; Nope™
What do we expect from a raider:
First and foremost we want people with the right raiding mindset. Meaning you should be able to stand loads of wipes and learn from them while maintaining a happy outlook.
Secondly we want people to have an intimate knowledge of their class and the will and ability to utilize this during raids. This means the ability to survive, properly do your role, and follow instructions.
Lastly we require you to understand English so you can follow tactics and raid-leading. We don't expect everyone to be talkative but calling a healing CD or something similar is useful to our raid. We shouldn't need to translate everything we say.
What we have to offer
The current raid-group hails from all over Europe and beyond, with a fairly wide age range.
Fun, trolling or general joking between pulls or on clears is there to keep the atmosphere fun; as long as the focus comes back for progress.
We don't adhere to any strict rules but we do not appreciate excessive grieving or harsh jokes about someone's core values (Belief, religion, location, sexual orientation etc. We do have rules on our webspage).
