I had this guy on block for a while but holy crap how far his posts have degenerated. He's supposedly a leftist (don't condemn people for their sexuality) who can't stop calling people cucks and retards...

and we are completely glossing over the irony of how many democrsts have ever been associated with socialist or communist clubs and groups and how this is apparently A Okay.
How was it misnamed? How do you know journalists aren't speaking to people in his high school right now? Why are you downplaying this? Do you think the dean of the school would of just laughed it off if they found out?

Check later posts. The club has been debunked as a joke about what his teachers called him. Many students at that school made up fake clubs and societies they were in for the yearbook. This is a non story, move along.

Why would his teachers call him that? Or is this more deflection akin to saying all high schoolers participate in naming groups after genocidal political movements?

Read the damn article. it is so lazy how you can't be bothered to look at information presented to you.

It was “a total joke,” said Steve Ochs, a history teacher at Georgetown Prep who was the student government advisor during Mr. Gorsuch’s junior and senior years at the school, told the publication.

“There was no club at a Jesuit school about young fascists,” added.. “The students would create fictitious clubs; they would have fictitious activities. They were all inside jokes on their senior pages.”

Gorsuch — the youngest Supreme Court nominee since 43-year-old Clarence Thomas in 1991 — is seen in a yearbook photo reading William F. Buckley’s 1959 conservative tome “Up from Liberalism.”

He listed other school activities as “President of the Yard, Student Government” and president of the “Committee to reform The Beast” — and branded himself a “Lousy Spanish Student.”

    And

Mr. Gorsuch, who was nominated on Jan. 31 to the Supreme Court by President Donald J. Trump, participated in the informal debates, where he was routinely teased, accused of being “a conservative fascist.” No shrinking violet, he would shoot back, taking on the liberal ethos of the school and even arguing with religion teachers about the liberal theological trends in vogue at the time.

When it came time to write his senior biography for the yearbook, he would make light of the divide between his conservative political beliefs and those of the more liberal faculty and students.

He wrote that he founded and led the “Fascism Forever Club,” though those with knowledge of the school back in the 1980s say there was no such club. The mention of it in the yearbook was a tongue-in-cheek attempt to poke fun at liberal peers who teased him about his fierce conservatism.

Now you can go get your panties in a bunch over how a teenage made a joke at his liberal school, about how not being a bleeding liberal made him a fascist. Meanwhile, Obama's mentor was a Communist who bombed buildings but clearly that's not nearly as big a deal as some high school kid poking fun at liberals by making up a club about fascism.

The irony is that he is being appointed by an authoritarian, proto-fascist, so the jokes on everyone else, not him, it seems like he held those tendencies his entire life.

Believe what? That because there was a Klan member in the democratic party that the republican party didn't utilize identity politics to get white supremacists and racists to switch parties during the late 60's and 70's?

What the hell are you talking about. What tendencies? The tendency to turn others ad hominem back on them? You people won't quit. He did nothing wrong. He is not a fascist. There is no club or no proof of whatever you are accusing him off. The only thing here is an irrational hatred of a person because he doesn't believe whatever bullshit you think is "the truth". The joke is actually on you.

There was never, ever, any part switching of entire groups of people. This has been thoroughly debunked, many many times.

The influences of William Buckley, the adoration of Goldwater, all authoritarians who want to see the federal government power nullified and manipulated so the rights of states will supercede the Bill of Rights to ensure widespread disenfranchisement. This is conservatism, borne from the fiefdoms of the deep south.

Of course it hasn't, it has been a successful strategy to this day. Why do you think Reagan announced his candidacy in Philadelphia, Mississippi?

Nice fiction. I'm done with you. You have no idea what you're talking about, no citations, just personal rantings based on your bias. You don't even know what an authoritarian is....

favoring or enforcing strict obedience to authority, especially that of the government, at the expense of personal freedom.
"the transition from an authoritarian to a democratic regime"
synonyms: autocratic, dictatorial, despotic, tyrannical, draconian, oppressive, repressive, illiberal, undemocratic; More

    Answer the question.

Once again, it flies right over your head. I didn't ask you to google what the word meant, I said you don't understand it conceptually, which you have just proven. Where did Buckley or Goldwater support strict obedience to government authority at the expensive of personal freedom? Oh, they didn't! Where has anyone who supports states rights over federal rights ever done so with the intention being that the state ends up having more control over its citizens than the federal government did previously? Oh that's right, this also is fiction! Where, in the 60s and 70s, or even anywhere up until now, have there ever been dictatorial, despotic, tyrannical, or oppressive Republicans in power? There haven't been! And disagreeing on policies for things like abortion, or taxpayer funded healthcare, do not make those you disagree tyrannical or despotic. Once again, those words have well defined meanings you aren't privy to.

But Trump is going to be stacking the bench with some real Justices and thankfully they're going to set the fate of this country for a time long past one Presidency.

Cuck is just the shiny new catch phrase that is floating around in grades K-12 right now.

Give it time and it'll fade out again.

I for one prefer the term wizard. That was pretty wizard man.

They both vociferously opposed the CRA and Goldwater only carried the deep southern states. His message appealed to authoritarian southern whites. He is one of the founders of the modern conservative movement to obfuscate the underlying reasoning for states rights; white supremacy and nullification of federal authority so states can discriminate, isolate, and exclude blacks at will for no reason.

You can be in denial about the beginnings of your modern conservative ideology, but it is laid bare in history. The rising tide of black enfranchisement and federal power to protect more and more US citizens from deliberate state government inaction scared authoritarians in the deep south and the west. Serendipitously, just like in the prelude to the civil war, like a cornered rat, they attacked and became even more extreme in defense of their illiberal social system.

What they are doing now, what they will do when Gorsuch is confirmed, ensures the Right wins 2018 and 2020.

The campaign strategy for the next two elections is 1) replay riot footage, 2) remind people of all the anti-White rhetoric and anti-White hate crimes.
