Give us a subboard for looking for players/PUG-organization

There is a guild recruitment subboard, so why is there none for one-time raids that want to be a little more organized than the usual PUGGING, with people who are a bit more determined to go through the raid and dont leave after 1-2 wipes?

So lets say i want to organize Nighthold Heroic on EU-Horde on Thursday, i can put up a post to look for people some days before. Interested players respond and i put together a raid with less waiting time and better analized players than with the premade-tool. Everyone wins.

I know there is a board for this on the official forums, but it is CROWDED with guild-recruitment posts and people have to sew through all those, so nobody uses it.

Those are the best threads. At the moment there are great tools (like OpenRaid) for people to find groups faster and easier than posting on a message board. There isn't enough interest for us to open a whole forum for it.
