Bloodthirst critical strikes sometimes not triggering Enrage

Has anyone noticed since 7.1.5 that sometimes Bloodthirst critical strikes during Battle Cry will not trigger enrage? I'm unsure if this is also happening outside of Battle Cry as well, but it seems to happen fairly often.

If you atack NPC from the front they got 5% block chance, NPC block = -30% damage and no crit
