So, looking at this lady's twitter, she seems to think the US constitution doesn't apply to non-citizens. Does she realize that would mean that non-citizens wouldn't have to follow laws and they couldn't be subject to courts or anything like that?

i have a few friends who have fallen into that crowd, they are mostly unhappy with life and looking for people to blame for it.
