Problem with fire mage 2 set

Hello, i just acquired 2 piece of fire mage t19 set.

My crit rating is %51. But sometimes my enhanced pyrotechnics is stacking to 2.

1 stack gives extra %30 fireball crit chance. But like as i said i have %51 crit chance unbuffed.

So this should mean if my first fireball does not crit my next fireball's crit chance increased to %81

My problem and question is : how this should be possible to stacking 2 ?

oh yes i realized it now. truly my bad. if i get %81 crit chance when my first fireball does not crit . there is also %19 part for crit. ty so much.

I mean 81% is 81% it's not 100%, I get to 97% with my gear and still miss sometimes, if it's not 100% you will miss some of the crits, that's how % work.
