Emerald Nightmare count for Bad Luck Protection?

Does EN count towards your bad luck protection? Can you get legendary drops from any difficulty in EN now that it's not the current raiding tier?

I'm not sure if anyone can answer to your first question but I think it does. Yes you can get legendary from any difficulty in EN.

... like... are you serious about this? yes... yes you can.... just the same as you can still get legendaries from heroic dungeons whe nmythic dungeons came out, and you can get legendaries from lfr nighthold when mythic and such is out...

As far as we've been told by Blues, anything you do that can drop a legendary should increase your chances of getting the next one... so in theory yes EN should definitely count, and you can get legendaries in all difficulties. I don't think anyone but Blizzard knows for sure how much "Bad Luck Protection" various things give though, there's no way to datamine that information and they sure aren't telling.

Any activity that gives you a chance for legendary supposedly counts towards bad luck protection, at least that's what blizzard said in one of the Q&As.
