Priority list/gameplay differences with running cont

As the title states, ive been running AC over this talent and last week tried the cont build using same priority and found it difficult to get the same numbers. Thats with mg, sl and sc. Is it about 100% uptime on the buff? but sometimes pushing drain cycles further apart.

Ive checked through most of the guides and either im blind or its not there. Any suggestions would be appreciate.
