I've just got the MM legendary gloves and I'm having a bit of an issue. From the tooltip I'm assuming it procs on every other Aimed Shot but it doesn't seem to be working that way.
I'm testing it on dummies purely by spamming Aimed Shots and I've gone upto 15sec windows where I haven't gotten the buff.
Anyone else having this issue ?

re-equip them. Had the same problem, but re-equipping fixed it.
