ATOB averages around 38% of a kill command for me. 8% of my damage overall on Spellblade. Surge of the stormgod 3%.

I put those numbers without BW which wasn't very smart of me.
Found just 1 log of mythic Krosus where the guy used AotB since the patch - https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...done&source=18
The bestial ferocity dot did just 7.9% of his overall damage, with kill command itself doing 21.9% overall. So brought the overall contribution from KC to 35%. He had a total KC count of 69.
Comparing against my own kill last night, using killer cobra. I had 37.8% overall contribution from KC and a KC count of 90.

So from this very very small sample, it looks like the bestial dot might make up for the reduced direct KC even on ST.
69 KCs with bestial dot - 84.61mil dmg
90 KCs with no dot - 86.7mil dmg
I might run AotB this week to give it a full real world test.
is bestial ferocity now stronger than stampede ?
It's always been stonger than Stampede unless your group is routinely gathering more than 1 pack for large AOE pulls.
Stampede does around 2 million per target every 3 minutes. So basically you'd have to be hitting more than 4 targets with it every cooldown for it to outperform Bestial Ferocity, and that isn't really possible given that it's going to come off cooldown in a boss fight a fair bit of the time.
But Stampede is the best talent if your group is planning to routinely gather more than 1 pack and stun/burn for sure. Especially if they are going to work that around your stampede.
