Frost Relics w/ Fire Loot Spec?

How do I get frost relics when running around with fire loot spec?
I main fire but my ST dps without dps legendaries is at 500k. This is not enough for my taste. I want to gear up Ebonchill but am still hoping for bracer drop. Can I coin frost relics? Or am I dependant on my mates getting them dropped?

Yeah that is another awkward situation the legendary system created. (Same goes for trinkets when you play a hybrid)

You can coin in offspec for relics.
Another way would be wq (praying for tf) since they are not lootspec dependent.

I think 7.2 will make legendarys unidentified when you loot them so you can open them in the spec you want
