It didn't start with the CIA. We'll likely know more in the coming days, and it's going to be a shit storm. This is far bigger than anything else that came out in the past week. This shows a concerted effort by the Trump team to maintain contact with the same people who sought to intervene on our election process.

The CIA and other intelligence agencies are never going to release classified info like that to the public. They don't even give congress all the details. But apparently Congress saw enough evidence to condemn Russia and keep supporting the sanctions against them.
