Embedded Twitch streams are autoplaying

The embedded twitch streams on the homepage and blue tracker are autoplaying.

I have kept my ad blockers disabled for mmo-champion, but will be enabling them if this isn't changed soon.

It also appears that paused streams are resuming playback when you navigate back to the tab with the paused stream. This could just be an issue with the embedded twitch player, but also should be looked into.

I see! Thank you for the clarification. With that in mind, I was able to find a separate ad blocking plugin that I hadn't realized was still active. After uninstalling that plugin, the normal ads are now being displayed.

genius? you could run a site with 1-2 ads, but if adblock is detected it loads 20 ads? lol.

Is curse trying to drive users away from this site? People use the adblockers to get rid of invasive ads like this.

Even browsing on my phone now I've got autoplaying adds (chrome, no adblock)
