Yes.
Its really unreliable in terms of proccing. If you have a good try and have it proc multiple times, it's a great trinket. But that doesn't really happen that often..Sometimes streaming on Twitch.tv, leave me a follow or a message if you like!

That makes sense. I just wanted to make sure the like 250 something agility would be worth it since it is higher item level. I also mainly asked because when simming myself. It says i do more dps with my 865 Bloodthirsty instinct than the urn. But the frond does more dps than both of them. Thanks for the help.
