Some one can tell me a good way to check and get track of Best in slot equip ???

But remember, Best in Slot is an outdated concept in Legion.

It's totaly easy.
Check the item
Has it Haste on it?
Is haste the major stat?
Has it an higher itemlevel?
Is haste the lower stat but the major is your best stat and the itemlevel is higher?

Sim it!

With shitforged in legion BIS (except 4pc and legys) is not really there.
