Draught of souls/ dps feedback

For the main purpose of this i would like to know the best time to use draught of souls in the opener and best time to use after. Secondly i have been reading that triple MA relic is no longer the thing to use especially if you have convergence of fates but cant find anything concrete on it besides people just telling me to do so. And Lastly i feel like i should be doing more dps and understand that i dont have a second dps legendary and the rogue above me has boots and bracers.

As DoS doesn't scale on Vendetta, I generally use it on CD when your target has 5 stacks of AP and you get a full 5 point SoT buff running. If there is more than 1 target up, it may be worth waiting until you are in range of only 1 target or position yourself at a slight range to only hit 1 target.

From what I understand, 2 MA 1 GW relics with CoF and boots is optimal as it lines up Vendetta and Kingsbane. Without boots I believe ilvl carries more weight but I'm not sure how much so.

use DoS when it's off cooldown
you have >3 seconds of SoT up
and lower than ~50 energy

on your opener you'll generally want to use it after your second envenom (ie after vendetta mut KB envenom mut mut envenom)


obviously make sure to have 5 stacks of agonizing before using but that'll rarely be a problem.
