Since i seemed to be the only person in existence to actually like those two, I'd say Rhonin and Krasus.
Considering in my imaginary incarnation of that universe Thrall would still be Warchief, then no. I would develop Thrall more as a Leader over time. I would also make him less pacifist; far from a warmonger but a cunning military stratigist with advisors like Vol'jin, Cairne and Eitrigg around him.

I like Krasus, but I think he served his purpose.
Uther to give the Silver Hand a strong leader.
Ysera, because why her, val'sharah? Why not kill off cenarius or malfurion instead or someone else whom I don't actually care about?

I'd rather not ress any lore character at all, if anything I think its a mistake to bring back Illidan and to return all the old orc warlords in some way.
Deathwing, assuming they'd do him justice this time.
Wrathion and Gul'dan are far closer to what ol' DW should have been, imo.
Abbendis, so she could be convinced that she and the Scarlet Onslaught were being deceived, and join the Alliance to fight against the Scourge/Forsaken.
If a more impactful character, Ysera.
Give me uther or lothar.
