Arms T20 Set Bonus AoE?

It's going to make each CS lower the CD on BS by 2 sec and while Bladestorming we will MS up to 4 targets.

That's cool and all, but the core problem to Arms AoE is just how dawg crap our damage is if CS isn't applied on all the targets. When WB is on CD or you don't have the legs your AoE is trash.
Maybe it'll be fine if we pair it with BC, but the fact that Bladestorm, such an awesome skill is trash unless paired with another CD is lame.

The bonus actually creates awkward whether using Bladestorm or Ravager. Your best bet is to get your hands on Weight of the Earth.
