Best way to use DoS with Outlaw?

Hey!
I recently got an 895 DoS on my OL rogue and was wondering what's the best way to use it? On pull idk if I use it before or after ar/curse. During the fight I just try to time it with shark infested but I try not to delay a use.
Just making sure, never use it with ar right?

I am aware that it's suboptimal, but it sims higher than any other trinket I have. (Loudrogue on Medivh) I was wondering if it's worth delaying using for shark infested. I decided it's best to use it after I ambush and saber strike during my opener so my energy is low and regenerates during the cast and I don't lose 15 secs worth of cd to AR. Sound correct?

I'm thankful that I received a dps increasing one but it's thraxi's which I feel is our worst non utility legendary. I just sprint during curse and when its reduced during true bearing. If I had shoulders dos would be better :x

Edit:also use the 15% flat move increase instead of grapple
