My speculation is after wathcing that video, were Guldan are trying to summon a portal. We don`t know for what or for who was that portal, but I quess, that portal was for Sargeras, but Guldan faild to summon that portal. So Sargeras can`t be a finale boss in Legion.

You forgot that we aren't staying on Azeroth. We are going to Argus. He may be closer to that planet then Azeroth.

Sargeras can literally oneshot planets. I dont think we should be able to defeat him,ever.

7.2 - last boss Kil'jaden. Every1 can check this in log journal on PTR. And he was first person after sargeras. And we have 7.3. So obvious answer.
