WeakAuras Shieldblock didnt work anymore?

Hi,
someone have shieldblock with weakauras working? My WA didnt work anymore, recreated it but the cast bar didnt show, only a empty bar with the symbol and if shieldblock fall of it disapear. So i am missing the time remaining and cast bar.

Any help would be great.
