Looking to Buy Build of the Month where to buy it?

Hello!

I am interested in buying the Build of the Month PC. probably going to go for a mix between Puppy and Dolphin.
I have never actually build my own pc so I am interested in help from where to buy the parts?

I live in California.
I dont mind ordering online but is there a specific website besides amazon ? or maybe even a store like Fries or BestBuy that you recommend?

There is a readme sticky that helps if you fill it out:

Include the following information when posting a request.

Budget
Resolution
Games / Settings Desired
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
Country
Parts that can be reused
Do you need an OS?
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?

Ideally include a list of parts, we see the same request almost every day. There are other topics that have parts lists that you can copy and modify.

Also this should probably move to computer build/upgrade subforum.

Just go on PC Part picker (I can't link you) and you can select the components you want, they will source the best price then you just need to go on the website and order them.

Microcenter is in Orange County/Tuskin

I dont know where is CA you are but I would start there.
