What do you guys do when your raid talks forever before boss pulls?

Causing you to lose souls? I can't be the only one highly annoyed by this. Stack 12 souls on trash before a boss you have on farm status yet your guild would rather talk about pointless shit for 5 min rather than pull the damn boss. So not only am I annoyed I have to wait for people to finish their discussion about crap I don't care about before I get to kill a boss I also have to watch my precious souls and dps slowly disappear as they talk about crap I don't care about. The struggles of an affliction warlock.

Just ask politely for a pull or simply state them your problem instead of being annoyed with them being social :/

It seems that is not the guild for you.

I accept the wait. They will pull when they are ready. If I have Souls it means this is a farm boss or the first try of many and a little bit of extra DPS will not be needed anyhow. Eventually I or usually someone else will say let's go but that's more as we are wasting precious progress time.

But more seriously: I'm usually watching some videos online, checking RSS, reading mails etc.
If I am actually engaged in talking before pull, I used to play with my toys from ingame toybox.
