Gnawed Thumb Ring (860) vs 880 ring, Resto druid

Got a 860 Gnawed Thumb Ring yesterday,
1261 stamina
1315 crit
986 mastery
5% healing/damage for 12sec (3min cd)

And I have now,
1519 stamina
1558 haste
1039 vers

Is it worth to swap it, sacrifice 20ilvl for that use effect?
And should I then macro it somehow? for easy use?

Probably not worth it, while the cooldown lines up with tranquility, that one happens to already overheal quite a bit most of the time, don't need an additional 5% overheal. I'd go with the 880 ring for sure.

Anyway, slot ID for rings is 11/12 iirc, to macro it add "/use 11" or "/use 12" (depending on whether you put it in the upper or lower ring slot) in a new line.
