Is anyone successful on PVE moving strictly with click to move?

They're class/spec specific items - why would they become BoA? Have any other previous expansion Legendaries become BoA?..

I doubt it. However, it would be pretty cool to have a collections tab for legendaries across the expansions, just to have a more convenient interface than hunting through AtlasLoot or WoWhead tabs to keep track of what you need to build what or what drops where.
