World quests on alts

Do you need to complete zones on alts in order to unlock certain world quests? Lately I've been tempted to level via the invasions, Sentinax, etc, but I don't want to do it in fear of this, so if anyone could shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

Definitely Suramar gates its dailies based on unlocking (or at least they change). Don't know for sure about the others as I've usually finished 4/4 (or close) by 110.

Sentinax leveling xp has been nerfed to the ground btw. No idea about invasion wq.

QFT - I think most zones require you to have done the original. But its not all in Suramar at least its certainly required.
