Dreams are important. And if I was having issues in the area I wanted a job at, I would certainly look into coal mining if it was the most promising offer around for the best wage and future for my family.
But since I am retired that is not a concern. But I have worked on some pretty stressful, dirty jobs before and having grown up as a migrant farm worker, I know what that means. I think picking peaches was the worse, the fuzz can itch like crazy! lol!

Pretty bad news for the mankind. If we let this happen. It is not depending on president, or some people.
Great news for America, undoing all of King Obama's sillyness. clean water, plenty of SJW & hill-da-beast lovers tears to drink, lol
Assuming that it's true, which it is, your followup reasoning is nonsense. Because climate change isn't a 'yes' or 'no' outcome. The more you pollute, the worse it will get. How bad will it get if we stopped polluting and let the rest of the world keep going? Bad. How bad will it get if we keep polluting as well? Even worse.
This also ignores two other major aspects of this issue. The first is that the rest of the world, although sluggish, is trying to cut emissions. India and China are trying. If reports are to be believed, China has actually made good progress in a relative sense. Many European countries have made progress.
The second is that the perennial excuse for inaction is that the U.S. is doing nothing. If we (as second place in raw emissions and first place in per capita emissions) do nothing, then why should smaller countries do anything? It's as if, faced with this issue, we love to forget the fact that the U.S. is a global leader and has actual clout. So un-American.
If we were having this debate in real life, it would probably play like a scene straight out of the Dover v. Kitzmiller trial. Where Behe claimed that there was no evidence for the eye evolving, at which point his opponents responded by dumping a mountain of books on that very subject in front of him.
Point is, the evidence is there. The evidence is vast. Thousands, tens of thousands of papers spanning over a century of work. Even the TL;DR version which is the IPCC report is a giant tome. That you even have to demand this stuff really just proves that you've never tried searching for it yourself, and that you're basically just using 'where's the evidence' as a debate device.
1. Put on a cape (this is important for step 5)
2. Seal two fishtanks with thermometers inside.
3. Add CO2 to one of the two tanks.
4. Note the change in temperature.
5. Shout "FOR SCINCE!".

But is true. Some will think it is a lame excuse, but does not change the fact time does prove all things. Just as your stance bringing back coal will endanger the clean air we have. Time will prove if it is true. And actually I think it will have some impact, but I also feel all those off road 4 wheelers and lawn mowers have some negative impact. As well as the millions of cars and trucks on the roads. :P
