new traits for offspec weapons

Hello,

I have finished the quest chain to get the new traits for my affliction weapon, but im having trouble to find out how to get the new traits for my destruction weapon.

I have 36 traits in it, is it a quest i should do for it aswell? If so, i can't find a quest anywhere..

yeah, it should be a quest offered by another member of the council of 6, it should have been offered to you when you started the chain to get your new traits for your affliction weapon
