Adventurer of Azsuna ragemaw

Hello, im having trouble with the last rare for Adventurer of Azsuna achievement.
whenever i enter ragemaws cave he disappears, and so do all the mobs within the cave.
Alot of people seem to have this problem, is it a bug or am i missing some requirement to be able to se him?

It's a bug as of 7.2 and I recommend reporting it to Blizzard. As for a fix, try going into the cave and logging out and back in. Or maybe find a group that's doing it and phase to their realm.

Also, if there's a Legion Invasion in Azsuna at the time, that could be causing it.
